Gourmetour to Orange:
October 14-16 2005
Sydney caterers, Sandra Clark and Johanna Minogue, will take a tour of discovery to Orange and the surrounding district, seeing local produce, from farm to table, in Spring.
Join them for a weekend of tasting food and wine. Dining at three award winning local restaurants, we'll meet the chefs and discover their passion for local produce. In Cowra, a morning visit to the local farmers market is followed by picking a Japanese variety of Strawberries. Visit a working venison farm, discover the secrets to free range snails and learn how to match Jannei goat’s cheese with Bloodwood wines.
Staying in a luxury rural retreat, the tour departs Sydney Friday afternoon 14 October by coach and returns Sunday evening 16 October.
